How racket sourcing works

01

Tell us what you want

Specific model? Preferred weight and grip size? New or pre-owned? Budget range? The more detail the better — but even “I want something like my old Blade 98” is enough to get started.

02

We source it

We search our network of trusted sellers, pro shops and equipment channels. Every racket is verified for condition, authenticity and spec. No dodgy marketplace gambles.

03

You try it

Before you commit, take the racket on court through our demo program. Play a few sets, feel the weight, test the balance. No pressure, no rush.

04

You buy it — or we find another

Love it? It’s yours. Not quite right? We’ll keep looking until we find the one. Your sourcing fee is credited towards the purchase.

What we source

We find rackets across all the major brands and in all conditions — from factory-fresh to well-loved frames with plenty of life left.

Specific models

Wilson Blade, Babolat Pure Aero, Head Speed, Yonex EZONE — if you know what you want, we’ll find it in your preferred grip size and weight.

New rackets

Current-season models at competitive prices. We’ll source from authorised channels and ensure you get a genuine product with full warranty.

Pre-owned rackets

Quality second-hand frames from trusted sources. Every pre-owned racket is inspected, graded for condition and priced fairly. Great value for club players or anyone exploring new setups.

Custom setups

Want a specific string and tension on your new frame? We’ll string it before you pick it up. Lead tape, grip replacement, overgrip — all done to your spec.

Brands we source

Wilson · Babolat · Head · Yonex · Tecnifibre · Prince · Dunlop · Volkl — and more. If it’s a tennis racket, we can find it.

Condition grading

Every pre-owned racket we source is graded honestly:

Excellent — Minimal cosmetic wear, no structural issues. Plays like new.

Good — Light cosmetic marks from normal play. Fully functional.

Fair — Visible wear but structurally sound. Great value.

We never sell rackets with cracks, dead spots or structural damage. If we wouldn’t play with it, we won’t sell it to you.

Racket sourcing FAQs

How long does it take to find a racket?

Common models in standard grip sizes can usually be sourced within a few days. Rarer specs, discontinued models or specific conditions might take 1-2 weeks. We’ll give you a realistic timeline upfront and keep you updated throughout the search.

Can I try before buying?

Yes — that’s the whole point. Our Demo Program lets you take a racket on court for up to a week before committing. If we source your exact model, you can demo it before paying.

Do you sell new rackets?

Yes. We source new rackets from authorised sellers at competitive prices. Tell us the model and grip size and we’ll quote you. We can also set it up with your preferred string and tension before handover.

What if the racket has issues?

Every racket we source is inspected before sale. Pre-owned frames are graded honestly and we photograph any cosmetic marks before you agree to buy. If something isn’t as described, we’ll make it right — full refund or find you another one.
